Advice on TDI Engines (HELP)

Dear All,
I am trying to decide on choice of engine for a VW caravelle. Yet to be
purchased.
How reliable and DIT servicable are these VW Diesel engines
i) 1.9litre 4cylinder non-turbo ---------- 68bhp
ii) 1.9ltr 4cyl turbodiesel (NOT TDI) -------- 90bhp
iii) 2.4ltr Diesel ------------------78bhp
iv)2.4litre Turbo Diesel ----------------------88bhp
v) 2.5ltr TDI -----------------------102bhp (Yeah this takes my
fancy!)
vi)2.5Ltr TDI ------------------------150bhp (Definitely the real Mcoy)
Has anyone got experience of any of these engines in a VW van (Type 4 in
particular)
